The designer Jakob Wagner has taken the classic bottle archetype to the starting point, which, in its new interpretation obtain a soft, square shape and a collar made of stainless steel and silicone. The collar protects the glass and catches drops on before they run down on the outside of the carafe - but also conceals a discrete lid that opens automatically when you want to pour the carafe.
The lid protects the contents of the carafe from insects, pollen, etc., when used outdoors - and also ensures that ice cubes, lemon slices, mint leaves, strawberries and whatever else you can add all the water stays in the carafe.
"I think it's good when my work is a natural balance," says Jakob Wagner."For the top end of the carafe is a good example. He protects the glass, but also opens, so you can view the content. The result is a contrast between the open and the closed -. And therefore a balance "
